Microneedling for Bellevue Clients
$250 a session, about 20 minutes from downtown Bellevue — and the person holding the device is the person who owns the studio.
A good number of the people in my chair drive over from Bellevue, and they almost all arrive for the same reason: they got a microneedling quote closer to home and wanted to know why it was double.
The honest answer is overhead. Microneedling at a Bellevue or Eastside med spa typically runs somewhere between $350 and $700 a session. Mine is $250, or $280 with boosters. The device is a professional one, the technique is the same collagen induction therapy, and I trained at the Euro Institute of Skin Care. What you are not paying for is a front desk, a treatment coordinator, a commission structure, and a lease on a retail storefront. It is one room, one chair, and me.
Getting here from Bellevue
The studio is at 4659 NE 2nd Street in the Renton Highlands. Three routes work, and which one is fastest depends entirely on the time of day:

Those times are off-peak. If you are coming down I-405 between 4pm and 6pm on a weekday, add fifteen minutes and take Coal Creek Parkway instead — it skirts the worst of it. Saturday mornings the freeway is clear and the drive is closer to fifteen minutes.
Parking is the part Bellevue clients tend to be pleased about: the studio sits on a residential street, parking is free and directly outside, and there is no garage, no ticket and no circling. If you are using landmarks, you are a few minutes from Maplewood Golf Course and Ron Regis Park, and just up from the Cedar River trail and the Jimi Hendrix Memorial at Greenwood Cemetery.
What microneedling actually does
Fine needles create controlled micro-channels in the skin, and the skin responds by producing new collagen as it repairs them. It is used for acne scarring, fine lines, enlarged pores and uneven texture. It is not a facial and it is not relaxing in the way a facial is — it is a corrective treatment with a day or two of redness afterwards, more like a sunburn than anything dramatic.

How long is the drive, really?

Is there parking?
Free, off-street, directly at the studio. No garage, no ticket, no fee.
Why is it so much less than the quote I got in Bellevue?
Overhead, not equipment or technique. There is no front desk, no treatment coordinator and no commission built into the price. One room, one practitioner, one client at a time.
Can I come after work?
I am open Tuesday to Friday 10am–6pm and Saturday 9am–4pm, closed Sunday and Monday. There are no evening appointments — a late Friday afternoon or a Saturday morning is what most working Bellevue clients book.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you are treating and how your skin responds, which is why your first appointment starts with a consultation rather than a needle. Scarring and deeper texture work usually needs a series — that is what the four-session package is for. Some concerns need one or two. I will tell you which before you commit to a package, not after.
Do you do Hydrafacial?
No. I do not offer Hydrafacial, injectables or laser treatments. If that is specifically what you want, a med spa is the right call and I would rather say so than talk you into something else.
